Who?

Tom Bolster

Chair

Tom is Deacon and Treasurer of a small Baptist Church in North London. By day, he is a solicitor specialising in competition litigation. He has a passion for justice and is actively involved in projects providing legal advice, education and representation to poor and marginalised people in East Africa.

Johnny Douglas

Founding Member

Johnny Douglas is an unlikely anglican vicar, life coach and encourager. He loves nurturing all sort of initiatives that advance kingdom life and the transformation of our communities, and has a disproportionate appreciation of Terry’s chocolate orange!

Tim Knight

Director

Tim has been following Jesus for over 40 years and is currently serving him as a senior analyst and leader in the public sector. To keep himself ‘earthed’ he attempts to teach a lively crowd of 4-7 year olds’ every Sunday. Hard to say which is harder.

Gavin Walles

Director

Gavin is passionate about supporting his local community and is a governor for his local primary school in Norbury, South London. As a day job he is Head of Legal and Data Protection Officer for a UK technology start-up with a specialism in commercial and technology law.

Andy Nunn

Director

Andy combines business nous and pastoral heart. He loves connecting people to God and each other. He does this through business (like Barclays Capital, where he led the Christian Workplace Group). And he does it through charity (like the social enterprise he set up for ex-offenders in a Church in East London, called Second Crack Coffee). He has also consulted the government on Economics, and the Church of England on setting up a funeral scheme.

Jon Horne

Executive Officer – Lay Workplace and Community Chaplain

Jon grew up in a church where Nigel Lee was an elder. Then, after two degrees in theology, Jon’s career alternated between mission and marketing. He has been a relay worker with UCCF (supporting theological students), been mentored by Lesslie Newbigin, and been a mission partner for All Souls, Langham Place. While the latter, he spoke at the Pentagon on the 10th Anniversary of 9/11, was published academically, and championed Christian Workplace Groups, which he has done continually since 2001. He has also served Asylum (ministry to punks and goths) for many years, earned a certificate in Counselling, and been a Peer-Led Support Group Facilitator for the The Echo Society (UK).

In marketing, Jon has been responsible for events, point-of-sale design, and mailings (in academic publishing), social media and SEO (in hospitality), events and CRM (in finance), and web design and SEO (in private healthcare).
